Yes. Each shake picks one of the 20 answers with Web Crypto randomness, so every answer has the same 5 percent chance, and your question does not influence it.
Does it read my question?
No. The question is only repeated next to the answer so you remember what you asked. It is not analysed, saved or sent anywhere.
Why do I get yes more often?
Half of the 20 classic answers are positive, so over many shakes about 50 percent of answers are yes, 25 percent maybe and 25 percent no. The counters let you watch this.
Can I turn off the shaking animation?
If your system asks for reduced motion, the ball skips the shake and shows the answer straight away.
