The fastest way to reach ToolkitPoint is automationpromaster@gmail.com. This is an independently run site — every message is read, but please allow a few days for a reply rather than expecting an instant response.
Reporting a broken tool
To help track down the issue quickly, please include:
- The exact page URL (for example,
/pdf-tools/merge-pdf) - Your browser and operating system (for example, Chrome on Windows 11)
- What you entered or which file you used, and what you expected to happen
- What actually happened, including the exact error message shown on the page
Accessibility feedback
If a control is hard to reach with a keyboard, unclear with a screen reader, or difficult to read, please describe the tool and the assistive technology you were using. Accessibility reports are treated as bugs, not feature requests.
Privacy and data requests
Questions about the Privacy Policy, or requests related to information ToolkitPoint holds about you, can be sent to the same address above. Because almost all tool processing happens locally in your browser and is never sent to ToolkitPoint, there is usually very little server-side data to find — see the Privacy Policy for the specific exceptions.
Security issues
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please email a clear description and steps to reproduce it rather than testing it against the live site beyond what is needed to confirm it. Reports are taken seriously and acknowledged as soon as possible.
