How to use Bingo Card Generator
- Choose a "Grid Size" (5x5, 4x4 or 3x3) and a "Quantity of Unique Cards" of 1, 5, 10, 25 or 50.
- Set "Content Mode" to "Custom Words & Phrases" or "Classic 75-Ball Numbers (1–75)".
- For custom cards type into "Custom Words / Phrases (one per line or comma-separated)" or pick "Load Preset Words..."; the counter beside it turns green once you have enough.
- Set "Card Header Title", "Center Free Space Text", tick "Include Free Space" if wanted, and choose a "Color Theme".
- Press "Generate Unique Cards", click squares to mark them, step with Prev and Next, then use "Print Cards (PDF)", "Download Card PNG" or "Host Caller Sheet".
Worked example
Grid 5x5, Custom mode, preset "Team Building & Sync" (28 items), free space ticked. The counter reads 28 / 24 words needed in green. "Generate Unique Cards" with 10 cards shows "Card 1 of 10", a center square reading ★ FREE SPACE ★ and 24 other squares drawn from the 28 words. In Numbers mode the B column would only hold values from 1 to 15.

Important limitations
Card generation and randomized grid layout calculations run in browser memory. Printed output is formatted via standard CSS page-breaks; print rendering depends on your operating system and printer page margins.

Frequently asked questions
Why does a 4x4 card ignore the free space?
A free square needs a center cell, which only odd grids have. A 4x4 card fills all 16 cells with words even if the box is ticked. You need 8 or 9 words for 3x3, 16 for 4x4, and 24 or 25 for 5x5.
Do duplicate words count towards the total?
The generator removes duplicates before counting, but the live counter includes them, so it can show green while generation still asks for more unique entries.
Are cards guaranteed to differ?
The tool retries up to 50 times to avoid an identical card. With exactly the minimum number of words, every card holds the same words in different positions, so supply extra words for more variety.
How does Numbers mode work?
On 5x5 the columns follow B 1-15, I 16-30, N 31-45, G 46-60 and O 61-75. Other sizes draw from plain 1 to 75. The caller sheet lists calls like B-12, or #12 on smaller grids.
What does Print produce compared with PNG?
Print opens a pop-up with one card per page in black and white, whatever the theme, so pop-ups must be allowed. "Download Card PNG" saves only the card on screen, at 1200 by 1400 pixels.
